Shares of Regis Industries Ltd witnessed selling pressure, hitting a 52-week low on the BSE, as it traded ex-bonus following the company’s recent announcement of a bonus share issue.
The company had declared a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2, one new equity share with a face value of ₹1 each for every two existing fully paid-up equity shares.
As per the previous stock exchange disclosure by the company, it fixed Friday, September 12, 2025, as the record date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for bonus issue.
