Pete Davidson is about to become a father.
The comedian and his model girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, are expecting their first child together, Hewitt confirmed on her Instagram account Wednesday.
“Welp now everyone knows we had sex,” she wrote in a post showing photos of her and Davidson together and a video of the model beaming while appearing to undergo an ultrasound.
TMZ, which first broke the news, reported that the baby is due this winter and that the expectant parents have just started telling their friends and family.
Davidson and Hewitt were first reported to be dating in March, and according to TMZ, they moved in together in May.
Prior to dating Hewitt, the “Saturday Night Live” alum was famously engaged to singer Ariana Grande in 2018 and dated Kim Kardashian in 2022. Hewitt was linked to another SNL alum, “Ted Lasso” star Jason Sudeikis, and before that to actor Ryan Phillippe, whom she later accused of assault (the lawsuit was settled).
Davidson has spoken openly about wanting to start a family, telling fellow comedian and actor Kevin Hart in 2022 that having a child would be “my favorite thing ever.”
“It’s super corny, but it would be so fun to dress up a little dude,” he said. “I’m so excited for that chapter, so that’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is trying to be, like, good as a dude and develop and get better so when that happens, it’s just easier.”
