In a relationship, putting in constant effort is important. We need to create a space so that the partner feels valued, loved, heard and seen. Every relationship has its own set of rituals of connection and intimacy. “Relationship rituals are a great way to regularly check in with your partner and to make time for connection. You can create a ritual organically without realising or deciding on one together. Either way, the power comes from consistently practicing the ritual and making time and space for regular connection,” wrote Therapist Lucille Shackleton.
